About prospectus design

A prospectus does two things at once: it sells an institution and informs a family. It has to feel warm and aspirational on the cover and through the imagery, then carry the practical detail — ethos, curriculum, admissions — in a clear, deliberate order. It’s the most formal and most structured multi-page document we design. We work with schools, sixth-forms, colleges, universities and multi-academy trusts across the UK, from a 16-page primary prospectus up to a 100+ page flagship. Every prospectus is supplied print-ready for any printer. Because it’s a substantial, considered job, we work to a 4–6 week turnaround.

Design-only — that’s what keeps us keen. You supply your photography and your words, and we turn them into a beautiful, print-ready prospectus. Do you photograph the school?

No — we’re a design-only service, which is exactly what keeps us keen versus full-service agencies. You supply your photography (your own, or your school photographer’s) and we design around it. If images aren’t print-resolution, we’ll flag it early.

Do you write the copy?

No — you provide the words and we lay them out beautifully. Design-only keeps the cost down and keeps you in control of your message.

How many pages can a prospectus be?

From 16 up to 100+ pages. Beyond 120 pages we quote individually.

What affects the price?

Mainly the page count. The price updates live as you choose; the very largest (120+ pages) are quote-only.

How long does it take?

We work to a 4–6 week turnaround — a prospectus is a big, formal document and we’d rather do it justice than rush. Tell us your deadline (open evenings, admissions windows) and we’ll be honest about fit.

Will the files be print-ready?

Yes — print-ready CMYK PDFs at 300dpi, set up for multi-page print. Use any printer you like; files stay in your portal for yearly updates.

Can I order before all content is ready?

Yes. Place your order and add photography and copy in your portal as you go; we’ll tell you what’s still needed.
