About tent card design

A tent card earns its place by standing up on its own — on a counter, a desk, a reception or a table — and putting an offer or a piece of information right where someone’s already looking. Two faces give you twice the space: a headline that catches the eye on one side, the detail or a second message on the other. The design job is making it read instantly from a standing or seated distance and feel like part of your brand, not a folded sheet in a holder. We design tent cards for cafés, bars, salons, gyms, receptions, shops and events across the UK — counter promotions, desk info cards, table offers and event signs — in portrait or landscape. Every card is supplied as print-ready files you can reprint with any printer whenever the message changes.

More about tent card design

Tent card design for your business

A tent card might promote, inform, brand a desk or carry an event message. Open the one closest to what you need to see how we approach it.

Counter & table promotions

A tent card on a counter or table is prime selling space — a new product, an offer, a loyalty scheme, an event. We design promos that catch the eye on the front and close on the back, matched to your brand so they read as a recommendation, not an ad. For the full hospitality set, see our hospitality print design.

Desk & reception info cards

Receptions and desks use tent cards for wifi, opening hours, house rules, pricing and welcome messages. We design them to look professional and read in a glance, usually two-sided so one card can do more than one job without clutter.

Event & conference cards

Events and conferences use tent cards for signage, session info, sponsor messages and named places. We design coordinated sets, with the variable name setup option to carry a list of names or sessions cleanly across a run of cards.

Numbered & named sets

For a run of numbered cards or named places, we design a consistent template and use variable name setup to flow the sequence or list in cleanly — so every card in the set matches and nothing is rebuilt by hand. You supply the numbers or names.

Tent Card Design FAQs

What kinds of tent cards can you design?

Counter and till-point promotions, desk and reception info cards, table offers, loyalty and event cards, opening hours and wifi cards, and numbered or named sets. For cafés, bars, salons, gyms, shops, receptions and events.

What sizes and orientations do you design?

DL, A6 and A5, in portrait or landscape, designed across both faces. We’ll advise the size and orientation that stands well where the card will sit and suits your message.

Will the final artwork be ready for print?

Yes. You receive print-ready CMYK PDFs at 300dpi with proper bleed and safe-area, ready for any printer. Your files stay in your portal so you can reprint whenever the message changes.

What affects the price of tent card design?

Mainly the size and number of versions, plus any extras in the configurator — additional designs, variable name setup, or an editable source file. The price updates live as you choose options, so you see the total before ordering.

Can you design a numbered or named set?

Yes. Add the variable name setup support option and we’ll build artwork that carries a numbered sequence or a name list cleanly and consistently. You provide the numbers or names; we design the template.

Can you match my tent cards to my menus or signage?

Yes. Order them alongside or after your other pieces and we’ll match the look, so a counter promo or desk card feels part of the same business as your menu, flyer and signage.

What’s the difference between a tent card and a table sign?

They overlap — both are free-standing folded cards. Tent cards here lean to counter, desk and promotional use in any business; if you specifically need table numbers, reserved signs and venue table cards, our table sign service is set up for that.

What file types do I receive?

A print-ready CMYK PDF at 300dpi as standard. Add the editable/source file option in the configurator if you’d like the working file too.

Do you print the tent cards?

No — we design the artwork and supply print-ready files. You’re free to use any printer you like, which keeps you in control of stock, finish and cost. Your files stay in your portal for reprints.
