About brochure design

A brochure is the one piece that has room to tell the whole story — who you are, what you offer, why it’s worth it — across several pages in a deliberate order. That makes layout the real job: leading the reader from the cover through to the call to action without losing them, with each spread carrying its weight and the whole thing feeling like one considered document rather than pages stitched together. We design professional brochures for UK businesses — companies, schools, property and finance firms, visitor attractions, healthcare providers and corporates here in Manchester and across the country — from a compact 4-page A5 up to a 24-page A4. Every brochure is supplied as print-ready files set up correctly for multi-page printing, so it reads well in the hand and you can send it to any printer you choose.

More about brochure design

Brochure design for your sector

We design brochures for businesses of every kind. Open the one closest to yours to see how we approach it — and where to go for wider materials.

Corporate & Industrial

Company profiles, capability brochures, annual overviews and product catalogues — corporate brochures need to look credible and lead a reader through a considered case. We design clean, confident multi-page documents with a consistent grid, so your business looks as established on paper as it is in person.

Schools & Education

A prospectus has to sell a school and inform a parent at the same time — warm enough to feel welcoming, structured enough to carry the practical detail. We design prospectuses that balance imagery and information, leading families from the ethos through to the admissions detail in a clear order.

Property & Finance

Development brochures, sales particulars and advisory firm profiles all trade on looking trustworthy and premium. We design property and finance brochures that present the numbers, images and detail cleanly, so the document does the reassuring before a conversation even starts.

Clinics & Healthcare

Clinics, dental and private healthcare providers use brochures to explain services, reassure patients and set out options clearly. We design calm, well-organised documents that make involved information feel approachable, never clinical or overwhelming.

Tourism & Attractions

Visitor attractions, hotels and tour operators use brochures to sell an experience across several pages — strong imagery, a clear sense of place, and the practical detail visitors need. We design tourism brochures that make people want to come and tell them exactly how to.

Charities & Non-profits

Impact reports, supporter brochures and campaign documents need to move people and account for outcomes in one piece. We design charity brochures that lead with the story and the difference made, then carry the figures and detail clearly for the readers who want them.

Brochure Design FAQs

What kinds of brochures can you design?

Company and corporate brochures, school and college prospectuses, property and development brochures, product catalogues, service guides, visitor and tourism brochures, and event programmes. If it’s a multi-page printed document, we design it.

How many pages can a brochure be?

From 4 up to 24 pages, in counts that suit print binding. Tell us roughly what’s going in and we’ll advise the right page count — brochures are most often over- or under-spec’d, so it’s worth getting right before you order.

What sizes do you design?

A5, A4, DL, square (148mm) and A6. A5 and A4 are the most popular; square feels modern and brand-led; DL is rack-friendly. We’ll recommend the size that suits your content and how it’ll be used.

Will the final artwork be ready for print?

Yes. You receive print-ready CMYK PDFs at 300dpi, set up correctly for multi-page printing — proper bleed, safe-area and page order — so your printer can run it without queries. You can use any printer.

What affects the price of brochure design?

Mainly the page count and size, plus any extras in the configurator — additional versions, page-flow planning, an editable source file or image clean-up. The price updates live as you choose options, so you always see the total before ordering.

Can you help me structure the pages?

Yes. Add the page-flow/contents planning option and we’ll map the running order with you before any design starts — cover, sections, close — so you approve a structure first. It’s the best way to avoid expensive reworking later.

I don’t have all my content ready — can I still order?

Yes. Place your order, then add your text, images and brief in your portal as you go. We’ll tell you what’s still needed. For a longer document, we can also work section by section.

What file types do I receive?

A print-ready CMYK PDF at 300dpi, set up for multi-page print, as standard. Add the editable/source file option in the configurator if you’d like the working file too.

Do you print the brochures?

No — we design the artwork and supply print-ready files. You’re free to use any printer you like, which keeps you in control of stock, binding, finish and cost. Your files stay in your portal for reprints and updates.
