Price List Design

A price list works best when choosing is easy and trading up feels natural. We design around structure and hierarchy: services or products grouped so they scan quickly, packages and premium options given visual priority, and prices presented clearly but not as a stark column of figures. The result reads as a confident menu of what you offer rather than a cost sheet. It’s original artwork to print specification, designed to match your other materials and built so it’s easy to reprint when your prices or services change.

Your order includes professional price list layout and artwork in the size you choose — A6, A5, A4 or DL, one or two sides. Final files are supplied as print-ready CMYK PDFs at 300dpi with proper bleed and safe-area, ready for any printer. Two revision rounds are included, so you can fine-tune wording and pricing before approval, and your files stay in your portal to re-download and reprint whenever prices change. If you update prices often, the editable/source file option lets you make small changes yourself.

The best price lists share a few things. Clear grouping — services or products in logical sections a customer can scan. Deliberate hierarchy — packages, bestsellers and premium options given priority rather than buried in a flat list. Readable pricing — clear and aligned, but not the loudest thing on the page. Room to breathe — spacing so it never feels cramped or like fine print. And an on-brand look — it should match your salon, shop or business, not look like a spreadsheet. We design to these by default, so the list helps people choose.

We design every common price list size. A6 is the compact counter or pocket option for a short list. DL is slim and rack- or bag-friendly. A5 is the everyday all-rounder — room for a full service or product list without feeling busy. A4 carries a detailed or multi-section list, or a full rate card. Prices change, so we design price lists to be easy to refresh. Your files stay in your portal to re-download and reprint, and if you update regularly, the editable/source file option lets you adjust figures yourself between full redesigns. When you’d rather we handle a change, send it back as a revision. We’ll also set the layout up so a price change doesn’t break the design — numbers that update without reflowing the whole list — which keeps reprints quick and cheap.

Send your services or products with prices, grouped roughly how you’d like them to read, plus any package or tier information, your logo and brand look.
