Calendar Design

A calendar is twelve (or thirteen) designs that have to work individually and as a whole, so we design it as a considered set. Each month gets its own image or theme, the date grids are clear and usable (with room to write where that matters), and the cover and overall look tie it together. We build it to the correct page structure for how it’s bound — wall, desk or otherwise — as original artwork to print specification. The result is a calendar that’s a pleasure to have on display and genuinely useful all year, with your brand or message present every single day.

Your order includes professional calendar artwork — the cover and each month’s spread, designed as a coordinated set, with clear, usable date grids. We design it to the format you’re producing (wall, desk, A-size) and set it up for the correct page count and binding. Final files are supplied as print-ready CMYK PDFs at 300dpi with bleed, safe-area and the page structure your printer needs. Two revision rounds are included, and your files stay in your portal to re-download and reprint for the next year.

We design the common calendar formats. A wall calendar (typically A4 or A3, opening to double that) is the classic — a big image per month, hung and seen across a room. A desk calendar sits by a computer, seen all day, often with a stand or spiral. A personalised photo calendar turns images into a year of memories or a branded piece. We design to the page count and binding you’re using (12 months, often 13 pages with a cover). Tell us the format and how it’s bound — or ask us to advise — and we’ll build the artwork to suit your printer’s specification.
